First is TSMC 28HPM: EFLX-2.5K (2,500 LUT tile) GDS available now with LIB, LEF & Verilog. 632 inputs and 632 outputs per tile. Tiles array up to 7x7 for 125K LUTs. (RBB = Reconfigurable Block).
Performance examples in 28HPM (SS, 125C, 0.81V): 900MHz for 8-tap FIR filter (2 stages), 445MHz for AMBA matrix controller (5 stages), 204MHz for 64-bit 10Gb Ethernet MAC (9 stages).
In 28HPM, we pack 2.5K LUTs/mm2 (~25-50K gates): manufacturing cost ~5¢/K-LUTs.
Tiles in smaller or larger sizes, with Block RAM or DSP, or in TSMC 28HPC & ULP are available on short notice (1-2 months typically).
