In 2009, Forte acquired Arithmatica, Ltd., provider of CellMath Designer datapath synthesis and CellMath IP intellectual property. Forte plans to integrate Arithmatica's patented technology and IP into the Cynthesizer SystemC high-level synthesis software to enhance quality of results (QoR). Forte will also provide an upgrade path for design teams using CellMath Designer directly to Cynthesizer to help them leverage their existing design work.
